Acceptance Procedures

Please check all items on delivery.

Please make sure that all items are checked on delivery as we cannot accept any liability for damage after being signed for as safely delivered.

Goods must only be signed for if undamaged so we can claim the relevant couriers insurance.

Strictly no claim for damaged goods can be made after the goods are signed for as delivered safely.

Please check that the item is correct at the point of ordering as we cannot accept liability under any circumstances once the panel has been painted.

All our items are guaranteed and include our safe delivery policy.

No responsibility can be taken by www.readytofitpanels.co.uk for any parts ordered in error once that part has been painted.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure he/she orders the correct part/side.

Colour Match Guarantee

We guarantee to paint your panel or part to the exact factory colour code as designated by the manufacturer at the time of production.

Please remember some colours can change over time due to UV fading and environmental conditions.

Please note:

Title

Title to products shall remain with Supplier until full payment has been recieved for the Client regardless or whether it has been delivered.

Warranty

All products carry a lifetime guaruntee against manufacturing defect even if the part is still fitted to the original vehicle and has not been involved in any refurbishment after the original fitment date; wear and tear is not covered.

Great care has been taken to ensure the information contained within this catalogue is correct at the time of publication, the documents provided in good faith as a helpful source of information for customers. However www.readytofitpanels.co.uk  cannot accept any liability consequential or otherwise for any errors.

It is not guaranteed that on acceptance of payment we will be able to supply from stock or deliver the goods to your area.

If for any reason we cannot deliver the goods you have ordered we will refund your payment in full with our sincerest apologies.
